Staying Compliant with Tenant Storage Lockers
When you have tenants in your building, you need to give them space to store their belongings. This was exactly what Laterra needed to stay compliant with the city's requirements. One of our dealers, Shelf Master, talked with Laterra and found out the specifications of the project. They needed 100 cubic feet of storage capabilities per locker.
Single Tier Design
A majority of the lockers, as you can see in the pictures, are single tier. Depending on the needs of the facility, we offer both single and double tier lockers. If there are a lot of tenants, and limited space, double tier allows more lockers in a smaller area. The single tier design allows more to be stored in one locker, but both styles have their own benefits.
If the facility has a need for storage in the parking garage, we also offer garage storage lockers. These attach to existing walls and hang above the parking areas to allow space for cars. The cost of all these lockers can also be recouped within a year by charging typical rates for tenant storage.
Although most of our storage lockers are colored in our standard gray, we offer the option for any custom color you need. In the video below, we powder coated some lockers red for a trade show. Just send us a sample of the color you need, and we can match it.
