Customer Description

A drug manufacturing company came to ISS Material Handling in need of a secure, DEA-approved drug storage cage. They needed a self-closing, self-locking door with a push-bar exit. The gate needed the capability to be powered to slide open and close. The wire panels needed to be flush from floor to ceiling, with no cracks or openings, and all bolts on the cage needed to be tamper-proof. 

Customer Solution

WireCrafters’ Style 840 Partitions met and exceeded the requested needs. Key DEA Cage features include all the above requests, wall & ceiling panels constructed of 10 gauge wire, posts that have welded on base plates for lagging to the floor, and heavy 3/8" hardware non-accessible from the exterior.
