Giving Back

Giving back is an important part of the work culture at WireCrafters. So, once a month, Milt takes employees from different departments to the Boys & Girls Haven here in Kentucky to volunteer. Last month, they painted rooms and put in new flooring. This month, they were charged with taking down fencing so that a new arena could be built for the animals.

This is something we encourage all other businesses to do with their employees. It gets them out of the office for the day and out into their community to help make it a better place to live.
