Recently, WireCrafters installed standing desks in the Engineering Department. Dean, one of our Draftsman, talks with Milt this week about the benefits of standing desks. "I pretty much end  up standing most of the time," commented Dean. To watch the rest of the discussion, see the video below.

Welcome to another episode of Mondays with Milt. Now today, I'm trying to keep my tone level down a little bit because we got a group here working, but you can see Dean one of our draftsman here. He's working at his ergonomic type desk. So this can go up and down like this. Oh, there it goes. So Dean you can raise it back up and then so sometimes he's standing and then there's times like Rob's going to sit here and he chooses to sit for a while.So he's going to sit and do some work and then a little bit later he'll go over raise his desk up and do his work standing so that just really helps the individuals here, you know, it keeps them moving supposed to be good for your health. So Dean, how do you like the ability to go up and down? Oh I love it. I actually end up standing most of the time.

Tunnel Doors

And I see you're working on a job right here. Looks like a bunch of slide doors. A bunch of tunnel doors that they want to move one of them inside an existing job decided they wanted to move one inside. A tunnel door is a slide door without an overhead track.
