The Many Ways to Use our Employee Separation Panels

What are WireCrafters' separation panels?

WireCrafters separation panels are used when you have employees working in the same space but maintaining six feet of distance between them isn’t an option. These panels allow employees to safely work alongside each other and still have a productive day. The panels are also built on wheels so that they are easy to move around to different workstations throughout the day.

WireCrafters offers two kinds of employee separation panels: the separation panel and the heavy-duty separation panel. The entirety of our separation panel is four feet wide by six feet tall, but the actual panel is ⅛ inch polycarbonate that is four feet wide by three feet tall. The panel is mounted on an angle frame with a three-foot base and casters. The heavy-duty separation panel is similarly constructed, but the polycarbonate panel is four feet wide by the full six feet high. This one is a little heavier, so the base is four feet wide with casters and the frame is reinforced, too. Both types of panels allow for distancing between workers in an industrial setting.

How to use our panels as effective social distancing equipment

The versatility of these panels allows them to be used in multiple ways in your facility. The primary function is to be used in a shop between workstations, assembly lines, or whenever more than one person needs to collaborate on an initiative like repairing a machine or preparing a shipment. The wheels allow it to be used in multiple settings within a given day.
