Custom Tenant Storage Lockers for a Florida Condominium
Project Overview:
Property upgrades often require careful planning to balance function, appearance, and residents’ needs. Sea Ranch Club in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Florida, wanted a storage system that reflected the quality of its community. DockStar Industrial partnered with WireCrafters to bring that vision to life. Close coordination and a custom approach helped the team complete the project while keeping the needs of tenants in mind.
Customer Description
Sea Ranch Club needed to replace its dated wooden storage lockers. The existing lockers no longer matched the quality or appearance of the property. DockStar Industrial worked with WireCrafters to create a new system that kept the unique layout of the original lockers. Heavy-duty wire mesh provided a strong and modern upgrade. The design also increased the height from 7 feet 6 inches to 8 feet. Transom panels along the full front of the lockers completed the new look and made better use of the space.
Why Choose WireCrafters?
DockStar Industrial chose WireCrafters for its product quality, custom design options, and strong customer support. The team created a system that matched the unique look and layout of the existing lockers. WireCrafters also shipped the entire project at once, which played a key role in the installation plan. The old lockers still held tenant belongings, so the team had to carefully plan each step. They needed to empty the lockers, remove them, install the new system, and return the belongings. WireCrafters also responded to unexpected needs during installation. This support helped DockStar keep a complex project moving from start to finish.
