WireCrafters collaborated with Industrial Shelving Systems to provide a secure server cage solution for an unnamed customer located in downtown St. Louis. The application required a durable, space-efficient enclosure that protects sensitive IT equipment while maintaining visibility and airflow within the facility. Using WireCrafters’ wire partition system, the team delivered a secure and customizable server cage that met the customer’s security needs without disrupting the surrounding operational environment.
Customer Description
A data center in St. Louis supports the digital backbones for several businesses, with each tenant requiring a customized setup based on the amount of space they lease. One customer needed a secure server enclosure that would protect their equipment and ensure it was accessible only to authorized personnel, while also giving the data center confidence in its ability to safeguard tenant assets. WireCrafters provided a sturdy wire partition server cage that fully encloses the customer’s servers without restricting visibility or airflow. To accommodate existing ceiling pipes, custom cutouts were incorporated into the wire panels, allowing the enclosure to fit seamlessly around the building’s infrastructure.
