Mondays With Milt Final Countdown: Episode 49
In this episode of Mondays with Milt, Milt takes a moment to talk about something happening outside of the plant – the weather. Louisville recently saw a snowfall of 3-4 inches in early December, setting one of the heaviest snowfalls recorded for that date in recent memory.
Instead of simply talking about the weather, Milt headed outside with a few WireCrafters employees from different departments to enjoy the fresh snow. The group made snow angels and had a little fun before getting back to work. It was a lighthearted moment that reminded everyone that sometimes the best way to start the day is with a smile and a few minutes of fun.
