This week on Mondays with Milt, we’re celebrating the incredible career of Jerry Smith, who has been a part of the WireCrafters family for 47 years.
Jerry takes us back to his first days with the company, when just two drill presses handled everything on the floor. Over the decades, he’s witnessed and embraced major innovations; transitioning from manual drilling to advanced laser technology and even the addition of our two powder coating lines.
What is Jerry most proud of? Leading a finishing team that wasn’t afraid of change, worked hard together, and built something lasting. As he looks forward to retirement, Jerry plans to spend time with his cars, painting, and maybe enjoying a few rounds of golf.
