WireCrafters Hosts Dealer Panel with National Partners
We recently brought together five key dealers from across the United States for an insightful and engaging Dealer Panel. This collaborative event was designed to strengthen partnerships, exchange industry knowledge, and foster mutual growth through open dialogue and strategic discussions.
The two-day panel started with a roundtable discussion on crucial topics, including emerging industry trends, operational best practices, and innovations within WireCrafters’ product line. The discussions offered a unique opportunity for dealers to share their perspectives, allowing WireCrafters to gain valuable feedback on how to continue enhancing both products and service offerings.
Attendees were also given an exclusive tour of WireCrafters’ state-of-the-art facility, showcasing recent upgrades to increase efficiency and further improve customer service. The hands-on experience provided dealers with a behind-the-scenes look at how WireCrafters maintains its position as an industry leader in manufacturing wire partition systems.
WireCrafters treated the attendees to various local experiences to balance business with relationship-building. Some group members enjoyed a friendly round of golf, a Bardstown Bourbon Company Distillery tour, and a special dinner at The Rickhouse, offering a taste of Kentucky’s rich heritage. These activities allowed participants to unwind while deepening their connections with WireCrafters and fellow dealers.
“As we share ideas and information with our Dealers, they not only learn more about WireCrafters, but from their feedback, we also learn more about ourselves,” said company president Milt Tandy. “The relationships we build with our Dealers and the relationships they build with each other are why they keep coming back.
