WireCrafters Sales Team Top Sales

Just before Thanksgiving, we celebrated our top performing salespeople. Take a look at the pictures below! Sandy Asher, a long time WireCrafters sales team member came in as the top salesperson for the second year in a row! Belinda Sliter also held onto her second place title from last year. We saw a change in the third place spot this year! Beating out Nicole Beckett, Brian Bickett placed the third-highest sales for the year! So for the next year, these three sales team members will get to display their trophies for everyone to see. Congratulations to these three on a great year!

WireCrafters Sales 1000 Order Club

This year, we started a new type of award. We rewarded any salesperson who had one thousand orders or more. This year, that included Angie Obryan, Sandy Asher, Brian Bickett, Matt Ecken, Nicole Beckett, and Aaronn Ann Boyd! They received t-shirts that can be worn on Fridays in the office. They also earned a spot on the plaque that now hangs in the office! Hopefully, we can add more members to this club in 2020!

WireCrafters Employee Engagement

One thing we try to do at WireCrafters is create goals and then reward our team members for reaching these goals. For achieving the goal set this year, the entire sales team went to Churchill Downs for a day at the track. This is something we look forward to each year (as long as we hit our goals!). Below is a group picture of everyone at the track holding up some of their money! Hopefully, some of them went home with some winnings! 2019 is coming to a close here soon. 2020 here we come!
