Project: Wire Partitions needed in Toyota Manufacturing Plant
This case study features our tried and true wire partitions, which provide safety, security, and separation for the commercial and industrial marketplace. Take a look at how our wire partitions have been used in offices, designed for custom parking garage storage, and in a BMW car dealership.
Wire Partitions Used To Create Storage Area In Toyota Manufacturing Plant
Kevin Dean from Raymond Handling worked with a Toyota manufacturing plant in Atlanta, Georgia. They needed a secure and organized system to store airbags used in Lexus cars.
The airbags are high profile items that must be stored and controlled. A tall storage system was required to allow for pallet racks and they put a wire mesh ceiling on the cage to control projectiles in case of a fire. The cage was powder coated yellow to distinguish the safety features of the wire security cage.
Toyota has been using WireCrafters for over 20 years at different facilities around the country. Raymond Handling also represents WireCrafters because of the quality of our products and ability to handle custom requirements.
