Vault-Level Security with WireCrafters’ DEA Cage
Project Overview:
WireCrafters partnered with Vault Structures to provide a secure, compliant solution for Direct Customer Solutions, which requires a controlled space for storing pharmaceutical products. The project centered around designing and installing a DEA-compliant wire partition cage, offering physical security and regulatory adherence. Working closely with Vault Structures, WireCrafters delivered a customized system that met the stringent requirements of DEA storage while ensuring ease of access and integration within the facility.
Customer Description
Direct Customer Solutions needed a secure storage solution that met strict DEA requirements for handling Class III, IV, and V controlled substances. The challenge was integrating a DEA cage within an existing vault structure while maintaining compliance with federal regulations. The final solution was a massive 49-foot-high by 210-foot-deep by 210-foot-long DEA cage constructed inside the vault, forming a fully enclosed and secure environment. This custom wire partition system, designed and manufactured by WireCrafters, successfully passed DEA inspection, confirming it met all specifications for secure pharmaceutical storage.
