Secure Department Separation With Sheet Metal Partitions
Project Overview:
Sharing warehouse space across multiple departments requires clear boundaries without slowing daily operations. A customer with three different departments working under one roof needed a solution that would improve security, protect sensitive areas, and maintain an efficient workflow. Bode Equipment partnered with WireCrafters to create a custom enclosure that combined privacy, controlled access, and flexible design, giving each department a defined and secure workspace while supporting the customer’s existing processes.
Customer Description
The customer operated multiple departments within one large warehouse and needed a better way to define each work area. Warehouse, Operations, and Facilities all share the same space, making privacy and security a challenge. Bode Equipment designed a solution using WireCrafters full sheet metal panels to create separate, secure areas for each department. The enclosure also integrated with the facility’s existing badge access system through a mag-lock on an 8-foot by 10-foot swing door and two electric strike plates with egress bars. To improve daily workflow, Bode Equipment added a customer counter door that serves as a secure service window within the enclosure.
