The customer required controlled access within their warehouse, and our system provided a reliable way to restrict entry to designated aisles without disrupting daily operations. Customer Description
The customer needed a way to designate specific aisles within their warehouse to restrict access to high-value or sensitive pharmaceutical products. Because the facility operates with turret trucks, any solution had to maintain a minimal footprint and avoid adding unnecessary rack depth. They required a secure, clean, and efficient barrier that would not interfere with equipment maneuverability. To meet these constraints, the application incorporated double-swing cage doors that tie directly into the rack posts, creating a streamlined profile. The system also integrated WireCrafters mag-locks to provide controlled, keypad-based entry, ensuring only authorized personnel could access the protected aisles.
