WireCrafters partnered with Kardex Storage Systems to deliver a secure wire partition application for Cardinal Health, a global leader in pharmaceutical and medical supply distribution. The project required a durable and visually clean solution to secure the front entrance of a Cardinal Health office building. Designed to provide both safety and controlled access, the installation reinforces Cardinal Health’s commitment to maintaining high security standards within its facilities while ensuring an efficient and professional environment for employees and visitors.
Customer Description
This project for Cardinal Health presented a small but impactful security challenge. Previously, the company relied on a front desk attendant to greet visitors, accept packages, and monitor access to the building. When that position was eliminated, Cardinal Health still needed a secure, weather-protected entrance for customers, vendors, and parcel deliveries. Initially, they attempted to resolve the issue by locking the front doors; however, this led to missed deliveries and problems with vendor access. By installing a WireCrafters’ wire partition door, the team was able to maintain an open front entrance for drivers and visitors while creating a secure buffer between the lobby and employee work areas, ensuring convenience without compromising building security.
