Overcoming Height Challenges to Secure East Coast Pharma’s Warehouse
Project Overview:
East Coast Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company, required a reliable solution to divide its warehouse into two distinct sections while maintaining security and organization. WireCrafters partnered with 2 River Supply to design and implement a durable wire partition system to meet this need. This solution provided a clear separation of space while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining an efficient workflow. Customer Description
The project required a massive 300-foot-long wire partition 40 feet high to align with the facility’s joists. The design included two 3’ x 8’ hinged gates and two 8’ x 8’ sliding gates to provide controlled access. The biggest challenge was reaching the 40+ foot height, which required WireCrafters to engineer a sturdy support system. To address this concern, WireCrafters supplied 27 4” x 8” x 40’ high tube posts, designed in two pieces with an innovative, easy-to-assemble splicing system. This approach ensured a secure, stable structure while simplifying the installation process for East Coast Pharma’s team.
