Organized Art Storage Without Expanding the Footprint
Project Overview:
Moravian College needed a better way to store and organize a growing collection of paintings without sacrificing valuable floor space. Working with Diversified Storage Solutions, WireCrafters provided a wire partition system for vertical, wall-mounted storage. This approach allowed the facility to keep artwork protected, visible, and easy to access while making more efficient use of available space.
Customer Description
Before the new system was installed, many of the college’s more valuable pieces were stacked on the floor or placed on existing shelving, creating a disorganized setup that increased the risk of damage or loss. The lack of a dedicated storage also made it difficult to properly inventory and locate specific works when needed. By implementing WireCrafters wire partitions, the paintings could be securely mounted and organized in a way that keeps them protected while still visible. This setup allows staff to easily identify, access, and manage each piece, improving both preservation and day-to-day efficiency.
