Project Overview:
WireCrafters partnered with Bode Equipment to provide a comprehensive driver cage, wire partition, and machine guarding solution for a leading manufacturer of dietary supplements. As the customer transitioned to a new facility, they sought to implement modern safety and security measures that complemented their new operations. Each solution was designed to provide secure separation, protect employees and visitors, and ensure efficient workflow throughout the building. By integrating our modular systems, the customer achieved a clean, organized, and protected environment that supports both productivity and compliance in their growing facility.
Customer Description
As the client prepared to move into their new facility, they needed a range of solutions that would provide immediate and long-term security, separation, and protection throughout the space. During the installation phase, temporary driver cages were used to manage the constant flow of contractors, technicians, and workers entering and exiting the building. These cages helped secure the facility during construction and setup, ensuring safety and controlled access until the project was complete. Once the external crews were no longer on site, the temporary cages were removed, and permanent solutions were implemented. Two WireCrafters’ partitions, one white and one gray, were installed to serve different functions within the operation. The white partition houses equipment and machinery near production areas, while the gray partition secures storage near the pallet racking and mezzanine. Additionally, WireCrafters’ guardrail was installed to protect both the mezzanine and racking systems from potential equipment impact, further enhancing safety and efficiency within the new facility.
