Expanding Storage Without Starting Over
Project Overview:
As operations grow, facilities often need to adapt existing storage solutions to keep up with increased demand. A large HVAC company in Phoenix faced this challenge after expanding its footprint and outgrowing its current setup. Working with KACO, WireCrafters provided a wire partition solution that allowed the company to extend the depth of its existing cages while adding new enclosures to support continued growth. This approach helped maximize the use of available space while maintaining a consistent, secure storage system throughout the facility.
Customer Description
Continued business growth created the need for additional storage capacity within the facility, requiring both expanding the existing cages and adding new ones. The customer had previously purchased WireCrafters cages from KACO a few years earlier, and the original system no longer provided enough space for their increasing equipment and parts inventory. To address this, each existing cage was extended by 20 feet in depth, while two new cages were installed adjacent to the originals. This created a clean, continuous line of six cages, improving organization and providing the additional storage needed to support ongoing operations.
