Project Overview:
WireCrafters collaborated with Ross Clark to deliver a wire partition system for an undisclosed customer requiring secure chemical storage. The application required a solution that clearly defines and restricts access to hazardous materials while maintaining visibility and airflow within the facility. By using wire partition panels, the customer created a designated storage area that met safety protocols, improved organization, and aligned with facility requirements without sacrificing operational efficiency.
Customer Description
The customer faced the challenge of securing chemical materials stored in the bottom bay of an existing pallet rack system, an area with several physical constraints. In addition to limiting access to these materials, the solution needed to account for exposed electrical conduit that required protection from impact or interference. The presence of a mezzanine further complicated the layout, creating tight clearances and restricting available space. The customer needed a secure, well-defined enclosure that could adapt to these conditions without disrupting surrounding infrastructure or day-to-day operations.
