Custom Wire Partition System for Medical Equipment Storage
Project Overview:
WireCrafters partnered with Lynch Material Handling to deliver a wire partition solution for a medical equipment manufacturer seeking to organize better and secure its facility. The application required a durable, flexible system that could adapt to the operational needs of a highly regulated environment while maintaining clear visibility and access control. By leveraging WireCrafters’ wire partition systems, the project provided a practical balance of security, organization, and long-term performance to support the manufacturer’s day-to-day operations.
Customer Description
The application focused on creating a clean, professional-looking, secure storage and tool crib area within a new construction project to support a blood and cell technology clean room space located adjacent to the area. As an existing customer, the medical equipment manufacturer needed a solution that provided security and organization without sacrificing valuable square footage or resorting to permanent brick-and-mortar construction. Using WireCrafters’ cage partitions, the space was efficiently divided into more than 150 linear feet of secured area, creating three separate locked storage zones. The open-wire design maintained visibility and airflow, helping the narrow footprint feel less confined while still delivering the level of security required for sensitive materials and tools.
