At Quaterra, several areas across the property required added security and definition, including parking garage openings, bike rooms, and leasing spaces. Without proper enclosures, these spaces remained open and lacked the level of control needed for daily use. Customer Description
The customer needed to close off the openings to a parking garage to improve security while still maintaining a clean, modern appearance inside and out. Open access points created concerns around building safety and control, but traditional solid barriers would have blocked natural light and changed the overall look of the space.
