The existing setup lacked clear boundaries, making it difficult to organize inventory and manage who could access certain items. The facility needed a way to divide a shelving room to organize materials and control access better. One side of the space was designated for finished products used as samples and demonstrations, while the other side supported general storage. The company did not have a dedicated area to store these sample items, which created a risk that they would be mixed with standard inventory. They also needed to limit employee access to these products rather than allowing open, full-time access. By creating a defined separation, the facility aimed to keep sample materials organized, protected, and easily accessible for their intended use without disrupting overall storage operations.
