The wall mounting feature of WireCrafters garage lockers allows ample room for even the largest vehicle to park, while maximizing storage potential. Garage storage lockers are a benefit to any condominium or apartment building. Additional revenue can be attained by either renting or selling these lockers to building tenants. A common complaint among residents in large cities is a lack of storage options for seldom used items. There is only so much closet space inside an apartment or condominium. When living space is so valuable, WireCrafters garage storage lockers are ideal for storing seasonal and bulky items that are not used regularly.
Sturdy Construction & Many Available Options
Made of tough 2″ square 10 gauge welded wire mesh framed with 1 1/4″ x 1 1/4″ x 13 gauge steel angle, these garage storage lockers are the strongest in the industry. Our standard size garage storage locker is 8′ wide x 3′ deep x 3′ high, but custom sizes are also available. Garage lockers also have wire mesh ceiling panels for added security. If the storage locker is being installed close to the existing building’s ceiling, you can eliminate the locker ceiling panel to save costs.
We provide lockable hinged or sliding doors to allow full access to the entire front of the storage locker, and the doors are equipped with a padlock lug so the tenant can put their own padlock on. The base or bottom panel of the storage locker is made of solid 16 gauge galvanized sheet metal.
Simple & Stress Free Installation
WireCrafters has simplified the installation process for our garage storage lockers. Standard hand tools are all that are required to bolt the locker together. If you select a hinge door, the hinges will already be welded on the door frame. We provide a CAD drawing with a complete layout of your garage area showing where each locker is located. All materials are listed on the drawing with a part number, and every locker part will have a tag on it to ensure a stress free installation.
The storage lockers open but secure design allows existing lighting, ventilation, and fire suppression systems to function effectively throughout the secured storage areas. Because of the wire mesh design, building managers can view the items being stored ensuring that tenants do not have potentially dangerous materials inside.
WireCrafters provides a powder coat gray paint to the locker to ensure a strong durable finish which will last for years. We do offer a variety of colors at an additional charge.
