Tool Crib Solution for an Automotive Battery Manufacturing Facility

At a major Japanese automobile manufacturer's battery plant in the Southeast, securing valuable tools while maintaining easy access for authorized personnel required a practical storage solution that could integrate seamlessly into the facility. Customer Description
The battery plant needed a secure, organized location to store valuable tools and equipment used throughout its operations. While the facility already utilized a variety of WireCrafters enclosures, this project called for a straightforward three-sided tool crib that could provide reliable security without adding unnecessary complexity. The enclosure measured 18 feet on each side and utilized WireCrafters' standard 8' 5¼" height, along with a manual hinged door secured by a key lock. The tool crib protects expensive tools and equipment inside the enclosure while also supporting day-to-day operations by allowing pegboards to be mounted to the exterior of the cage for hanging frequently used items and miscellaneous equipment.
