About the Project

Eby-Brown is a distribution company that encompasses 18 states, the majority of which are throughout the mid-west and east coast. They deal with a variety of companies, from large to small and are dedicated to quality service, delivery, and providing solutions.

With distribution companies come conveyer belts, shipping and receiving docks, and tall equipment. So, Eby-Brown needed storage, safety partitions, and access control all while fitting within their shop floor's dimensions and requirements, as well as national regulations.

Application of Materials

This location needed a 36' tall partition that is roughly 300' x 80'. Inside this partition is a multi-story conveyor line that moves product out to their shipping and receiving docks. This solution fit their exact needs, as well as kept them within regulations.

There is also a 150' long x 16' wide Aerosol storage cage with an 8' wide x 15' tall electric sliding door on one end. Did you know that if there is a fire, aerosol cans turn into combustible rockets? So for the necessary safety precautions, an aerosol storage cage was vital.

They also installed a 12.5' wide Tunnel Door that allows for forklifts & other tall equipment to access the area without overhead obstruction. Finally, a standard Driver Cage around a dock door so that drivers can't just enter the facility and walk around.
