Parker Aerospace, designers and builders of systems and components for virtually every aircraft flying today, had a safety issue in protecting employees from hazardous debris while walking through their plant. One of Parker’s machines was projecting small particles of debris out into one of the facility’s personnel walk aisles. Leamon Storage Systems worked with Parker to find a machine guarding solution that protected personnel from these hazards while still allowing workers to visually observe the machine through the guarding to ensure it was running and properly.

At the residential building 55 Park Terrace East in New York, NY, there was a serious issue with bicycle storage and organization. There was no bicycle storage system in place for the building’s tenants to store their bikes. Tenants were in the habit of just pushing their bicycles into a pile in the building’s common storage area in disarray, causing a serious headache for the property management and other tenants trying to access the common room. The building manager, Douglas Elliman Co., came to realize the tenants needed to have a place where they could organize and store their bicycles. 
Living in a high rise condominium in New York City can be exciting and convenient, but tenants do give up a few things that would otherwise be available in the suburbs. One of those critical amenities is tenant storage space. The Impala Condominium building had a basement area that had previously never been used. The superintendent of the building had worked with WireCrafters and Giant Industrial Installation Company on previous projects and recommended WireCrafters’ 
The specifications originally called out simply a highway guardrail. Professional Garage introduced Genco to the WireCrafters GuardRail product. 
Most apartments and condominiums, especially in larger cities, do not have enough closet or storage space within the living area for their tenants. As with most multi-family buildings, there are no storage sheds or garages to help solve this lack of storage options for the building’s residents.
