Hand Rail

Our System 22 handrail is an industrial system that is easy to install and easy to configure. The top rail is set 42 inches from the floor level and made from 14 gauge steel tubing for a very strong design. Standard rail sections are 7'6", 3'6", 1'6". These rail sections set up quickly with just standard tools. No welding, cutting, or self tapping screws required! All parts are pre-drilled and ready to accept 3/8" bolts and anchors. And of course, like all things manufactured by Wirecrafters, we can customize this product to fit your specific needs, including cutting custom rail lengths and adding any additional options, like a kick plate.

MezzaRail

Wirecrafters' proprietary rail system combines the strength of a traditional square rail with the security and versatility of our wire partitions to create the "MezzaRail" system. This rail has a sturdy wire mesh welded to the back of the railing, creating a solid barrier. Objects that would easily pass through 2, 3, 4, or even 5 rail designs are no match for the MezzaRail. It's caught in the wires and anything behind the rail is kept out of harm's way. The system is easy to install and can be mounted to the face side or deck of any mezzanine. Custom parts like hinge and lift gates are available for access to the protected area.

Guard Rail

Our heaviest type of safety guard, Wirecrafters' Guard Rail is designed to protect against hits from heavy machinery, keeping the machine, the driver, and the cargo safe. Able to withstand the impact of a 10,000 pound load traveling at 4 miles per hour, this design may look lightweight but is really incredibly strong. Use it as a buffer between the walls of narrow hallways, enclose critical machinery, and mount it near drops or ramps to save costly downtime due to accidents and the repairs they entail. The system is quick to install, and all the necessary assembly hardware is included with your order. We offer a single or double rail design, and there are optional lift-out sections and off-center column base plates available.

Wirecrafters was first opened in 1967 as a wire job shop. Since then, we've grown exponentially to become a leading manufacturer of wire partition products. By concentrating all our efforts on one product, we've developed a wire partition system that has changed the industry from the ground up.
