Server Cage/Co-Location

This Co Location facility required segregation, and visual inspection of equipment while maintaining security around it. WireCrafters provided standard Style 840 Partition System, eight feet high with locking doors to solve customer’s problem.

30’ Tall warehouse enclosure

Federal regulation required a floor to ceiling enclosure in this distribution facility. WireCrafters recommended our RapidWire welded mesh system because of its light weight and high strength properties. Panels were manufactured to fit at the factory, but were easily field modified for the few missed measurements.

Galvanized Wire Handrail/Barrier

Customer needed railing system for exterior dock
area that would contain items on dock, as well as prevent easy access from ground level. WireCrafters manufactured a galvanized MezzaRail system to meet customer’s exact needs.   

GuardRail with Wire Partition

This customer required strong protection for the wire partition installed in his plant. By adding WireCrafters GuardRail along the high traffic aisle, they protected their investment while adding protection for workers in the secured area from mis-guided lift trucks.

Bike Storage Room

This commercial building customer needed a secure place for commuters to store their bicycles while they were at work.  WireCrafters designed a secure storage room with our WallRider ™ bike hooks that fit nicely in their parking garage.

Facility Division

Our Distribution center customer needed complete inventory segregation in their warehouse.  WireCrafters supplied a floor to ceiling partition to meet their needs.  Note how the partition was engineered to match the sloping roof line. 

Machine Guarding

This manufacturing facility needed to protect their production associates from the dangers of the fast moving packaging robots.  WireCrafters provided the black and yellow perimeter guarding around the robotic work areas.  These guards prevent associates from getting too close to areas where the robots operate.

Visible Secure Storage

WireCrafters designed this set of doors to solve a customer’s problem with inventory pilferage.  Each shelving section has its own lockable door, with all of the locks master keyed for the supervisor.  There was no need to replace existing shelving, since WireCrafters made the doors to fit the customer’s room.
 

Storage Lockers

This construction distribution center needed separate storage areas for contractor’s supplies.  Rows of WireCrafters standard storage lockers solved their problem.  Each contractor had an enclosed area where supplies for the next day were staged.  When contractors arrive in the morning they pick up their own materials without disturbing other contractors supplies.
 

Visitor Control

Plant Managers and Corporate Security Officers never want visitors to enter a facility without proper authorization.  WireCrafters partitions installed at entry points allow visitors into the building, but hold them in a restricted area until an authorized associate allows them to enter. The durable steel bench was provided with this enclosure for a turn key project.  This set up is especially useful on shipping docks to prevent drivers from wandering through your facility.
